What makes this mattress different

The Soku Minute Mattress is not a normal air bed. There are a few things that are good to know.

• The mattress is made fresh for one person. This keeps it clean and hygienic.
• The mattress has no valve. It is inflated one time and is ready to use right away. You do not inflate it yourself.
• The mattress is made up of many separate air chambers. Each chamber is filled with air. The chambers keep you off the ground and help keep you warm.
• If one air chamber loses air, the other chambers still keep you comfortably off the ground.

Two versions

The Soku Minute Mattress comes in two versions.

• The Comfort version includes a pillow and a pillowcase. The Comfort mattress is slightly longer than the Economy mattress. You can fold the longer end over to form a pillow.
• The Economy version does not include a pillow or pillowcase.

How to set up the mattress

1. Place the mattress flat on a clean surface where you want to sleep.
2. If you have the Comfort version, fold the longer end over to form a pillow. Then place the pillowcase over the folded end.
3. Lie down on the mattress. The mattress is made for one person.

You can place the mattress on the ground. You can also place it on a field cot or another raised surface, where the mattress adds extra comfort and warmth.

How to stay warm

The mattress keeps you off the cold ground. In most conditions, this is enough.

In cold conditions, place a reflective emergency blanket on the ground, under the mattress. In very cold conditions, place one mattress on top of another mattress. Then place a reflective emergency blanket between the two mattresses.

Tip: A reflective emergency blanket is a thin, shiny sheet that is sold in most stores and pharmacies.

How many people can use one mattress

Use one mattress for one person. The mattress comfortably supports one adult in normal use. Do not let more than one person lie on the same mattress.

Warning: Do not let children aged 0 to 3 years use this mattress. It can cause a risk of suffocation.

Warning: The mattress is not a floating device. Do not use the mattress in water.

Warning: Keep the mattress away from open flames.

Note: Keep the mattress away from sharp objects, such as zippers and belt buckles. Sharp objects can puncture the mattress.

When you no longer need the mattress

When you no longer need the mattress, you do not need to clean it or pack it. Leave the mattress where staff can collect it, or follow the local instructions at your location. The mattress is then collected and recycled.
