A closer look: the step-by-step process of deploying Soku Minute Mattress
Share
Introduction
Efficient deployment is critical when time and resources are limited. The Soku Minute Mattress system is designed for straightforward, rapid setup, so organizations can provide thousands of clean, comfortable beds with little effort.
Step 1: Delivery and storage
Mattress cartridges arrive at your location. This format uses storage space efficiently and lets thousands of mattresses travel in a single vehicle.
Step 2: Preparing the inflator
One operator can prepare the external inflator in a few minutes. The inflator is robust, easy to use, and needs little training.
Step 3: Loading the cartridge
The operator places the cartridge's LDPE film into the inflator's feed. The inflator is then ready to produce mattresses on demand.
Step 4: Inflating and sealing
At the push of a button, the inflator feeds, inflates, and seals each mattress. The process is automated for consistency and speed. One operator can produce up to 200 mattresses per hour.
Step 5: On-site distribution
Finished mattresses are separated at their tear line and are immediately ready for use. They can be distributed to shelters, evacuation centers, or event spaces as needed.
Step 6: After use
Each mattress is designed for single use and is fully recyclable. This keeps hygiene high and supports your organization's sustainability goals.
