Share
Introduction
Preparing the Soku Minute Mattress system correctly is the key to fast, hygienic, large-scale deployment. Whether you are getting ready for an emergency shelter, a large event, or temporary accommodation, this guide takes you through the whole process, from unpacking the inflator to distributing mattresses on site.
Step 1: Inflator setup
- Position the inflator: Choose a stable, clean location with easy access to power. Make sure the area is flat and free of obstructions.
- Power supply: Connect the inflator to a reliable power source (230V or 115V). Confirm that the supply can deliver at least 600W, especially during startup.
Step 2: Mattress production
-
Load the mattress cartridge:
- Insert the mattress film between the two rollers of the inflator.
- Open the film cover on the inflator.
- Feed the film through the machine, pulling it until it reaches the end of the film cover.
- Close the film cover securely.
- Start the inflator: Press the Start button to begin inflation. Press the Stop button once you have produced the number of mattresses you need.
Step 3: Mattress separation and distribution
- Tear off each mattress at the marked tear line immediately after inflation.
- Distribute the mattresses to the sleeping area, or have users collect them.
