Step by step: how the inflation works

  3. Inflation: The inflator draws film from the cartridge and blows air into the air chambers from the side.
  4. Sealing: The inflator seals the air chambers as it fills them.
  5. Separation: Once the air chambers are filled, the operator separates the mattress at the tear-off line.
  6. Repeat: The process continues for each mattress. One operator can produce up to 200 mattresses per hour.
