Complete setup guide: getting your Soku Minute Mattress system ready

Introduction

Setting up the Soku Minute Mattress system correctly is key to achieving fast, hygienic, and large-scale mattress deployment. Whether you are preparing for an emergency shelter, a large event, or temporary accommodation, this guide will walk you through the entire process from unpacking the inflator to distributing mattresses on-site.

Step 1: Inflator Setup

  • Positioning the Inflator: Choose a stable, clean location with easy access to power. Ensure the area is flat and free of obstructions.
  • Power Supply: Connect the inflator to a reliable power source (230V or 115V). Verify that the power supply can deliver at least 600W, especially during startup.

Step 2: Mattress Production

  • Loading the Mattress Cartridge:
    • Insert the mattress foil between the two rollers of the inflator.
    • Open the foil cover on the inflator.
    • Feed the foil through the machine, pulling it until it reaches the end of the foil cover.
    • Close the foil cover securely.
  • Starting the Inflator: Press the Start button to begin mattress inflation. Press the Stop button once you have produced the desired number of mattresses.

Step 3: Mattress Separation and Distribution

  • Tear off each mattress at the marked tear line immediately after inflation.
  • Distribute the mattresses to the designated sleeping area, or have them picked up by the users.
